الاستقرار المالي والتفرغ للطلب
يُعد استقرار مصادر الدخل من أهم معينات الطلب، ويُعد الفقر وعدم استقرار الدخل من أكبر معوقات الاستمرار في طلب العلم.
ومن الجلي أن هذه الورقات لن تعالج هذه المشكلة الكبيرة، ولكن فقط أومئ إلى إشارات:
(1) "الجيوب الفارغة لم تمنع أحد من إدراك النجاح، بل العقول الفارغة والقلوب الخاوية هي التي تفعل ذلك" [نهرو].
(2) مجرد الفقر لا يعوق لكن المعوق الحقيقي فقر المال مع فقر القلب والنفس من الاستعانة بالغني الحميد سبحانه.
(3) كفالة طلبة العلم من أهم حلول هذه المشكلة، وهي من أعظم أبواب الإنفاق في سبيل الله، ولكن لا يمكننا أن نبني عليها وحدها حلَّ هذه المشكلة؛ فما زال طلبة علم فقراء أكبر من أن يستوعبهم هذا الحلُّ خاصة مع نقص الوعي عند كثير من أغنياء المسلمين.
(4) إن أي مقارنة بين التفرغ لطلب العلم وبين الانشغال به والعمل لكسب العيش لابد أن تميل لصالح التفرغ، ولكن بالتجربة أقول: إن هذا صحيح من ناحية التجريد الذهني، أما المشاهد في أمر الواقع فهو أن كثيراً من المتفرغين يخونهم الفراغ والرخاء فتضيع أوقاتهم ولا ينجزون شيئاً، وكثير ممن يعمل بجوار الطلب يكتسب روحاً صلبة مفعمة بالتحدي تدفعه للإنجاز، لذلك فالذي أراه هو ألا يقتل طالب العلم الذي يضطر إلى العمل همتَّه بنفسه، ولا يظن أن اضطراره إلى العمل سيقعد به، فالمسألة فقط بحاجة إلى ملكة إدارة الممكن والاستفادة المتاح.
(5) قليلٌ دائمٌ خيرٌ من كثيرٍ منقطعٍ، والذي أجزم به أن طالب العلم المضطر للعمل ينجح ويوفق إذا راعى أمرين، أولهما: أن يختار عملاً غير مجهد، والثاني أن يداوم على الطلب لمدة أربع ساعات أو خمس يومياً لا ينقص أبداً،وحبذا لو أعطاها صفوة وقته قبل الذهاب للعمل، وهذا من حسنات النوم المبكر والاستيقاظ المبكر.
(6) لا حاجة لأَنْ يستهلك الطالب الفقير ماله في شراء الكتب، فليشتر فقط الكتب الذي يذاكرها أو يحفظ منها، ولا غنى له عن الحاسب الآلي والمكتبات الإلكترونية والكتب المصورة.
(7) ليس في مسألة تقديم الزواج أو تأخيره رأي قاطع فهي تعتمد على عوامل كثيرة، والأقرب عندي.
والأقرب أن من كان يملك نفقات الزواج ولن يضطر للتفرغ للعمل لتوفيرها -فعليه أن يعجل بالزواج.
أما من كان لا يملكها فالرأي عندي أن يؤخِّر الزواج حتى ينتهي من المرحلة الثانية.
