إن الذي خلق الإنسان شاء أن يجعل الزوجين في الإنسان شطرين للنفس الواحدة: {يا أيها الناس اتقوا ربكم الذي خلقكم من نفس واحدة وخلق منها زوجها{، وأراد بالتقاء شطري النفس الواحدة أن يكون سكنًا للنفس وهدوءًا للعصب وطمأنينة للروح وراحة للجسد، ثم سترًا وإحصانًا وصيانة، ثم مزرعة للنسل وامتداد الحياة مع ترقيها المستمر في رعاية المحضن الساكن الهادئ المطمئن المصون.
قال تعالى: {ومن آياته أن خلق لكم من أنفسكم أزواجًا لتسكنوا إليها وجعل بينكم مودة ورحمة{، وقال تعالى: {هن لباس لكم وأنتم لباس لهن{، وقال عزَّ وجلَّ: {نساؤكم حرث لكم فأتوا حرثكم أنى شئتم وقدموا لأنفسكم واتقوا الله{، وقال تعالى: {يا أيها الذين آمنوا قوا أنفسكم وأهليكم نارًا وقودها الناس والحجارة{، وقال تعالى: {والذين آمنوا واتبعتهم ذريتهم بإيمان ألحقنا بهم ذريتهم وما ألتناهم من عملهم من شيء{.
إن الأسرة هي المؤسسة الأولى في الحياة الإنسانية الأولى من ناحية أنها نقطة البدء التي تؤثر في كل مراحل الطريق والأولى من ناحية الأهمية لأنها تزاول إنشاء وتنشئة العنصر الإنساني وهو أكرم عناصر هذا الكون في التصور الإسلامي.
[إن تشكيل الأسرة أسلوب من أساليب تخليد ذكر الإنسان ولهذا تعتبر الأسرة اللبنة الأساسية بين بني البشر] ([1] .
فالأسرة هي وحدة البناء في جسم أمتنا، ومجمع فكرها وقيمها وعنوان هويتها ونموذجها الحضاري.
الأسرة في الإسلام: التكوين والتوعية
لقد رعى الإسلام الإنسان في كل تجليات وجوده، فرداً كان أو أسرة، ورعاية الإسلام تعني:
أولا ـ التأسيس من خلال التكوين.
ثانياً ـ والاستمرار عبر الحماية والعناية
ثالثاً ـ والتوريث، بوساطة التنفيذ الواعي.
وإذا ما أردنا الحديث عن التكوين والحماية والعناية والتنفيذ الواعي في مجال الأسرة فإننا نتحدث عن:
أولاً: التأسيس من خلال التكوين: الذي يتجلى من خلال الاختيار السليم من الرجل للمرأة، ومن المرأة للرجل.
ثانياً ـ الاستمرار عبر الحماية والرعاية:
ـ فلا طلاق، والطلاق في ساحة البغضاء وضعه الله عز وجل.
ـ ولا زنى، لأنه معول يهدم الأسرة.
ـ ورعى الإسلام الأسرة بعد ذلك ، فقدم لها تشريع عناية، حسن الخلق في التعامل، والتعاشر بالمعروف، ثم بر الوالدين.
ثالثاً ـ التوريث بوساطة التنفيذ الواعي:
ومن أراد عرضاً لهذه الملامح الكريمة فليقرأ ما قالته السيدة عائشة رضي الله عنها حينما وصفت النبي صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم، فقالت: "كان أبر الناس وأكرم الناس، بساماً ضحاكاً"([2] .
وحينما نسأل هذه الأسرة الكريمة عن سلوك الزوجة، يطالعنا التاريخ بكلمات ستبقى الطغراء في صفحة الحياة، حين قالت السيدة خديجة رضي الله عنها للمصطفى صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم يوم جاءها ترتعد فرائصه لما هبط عليه الوحي، قالت هذه الزوجة الرائدة الرائعة الواعية: "كلا، والله ما يخزيك الله أبدا، إنك لتصل الرحم، وتحمل الكل، وتكسب المعدوم، وتعين على نوائب الحق""([3] .
