أبناؤنا بين التعلم والإعداد لسن التكليف
بالتربية الصحيحة والعلم النافع والعمل الصالح تستقيم الحياة، وتصلح الشعوب، وتبنى الحضارات، وتحيا الأمم.
إن الأبناء هم حديث اليوم وحديث كل يوم، بهم تقر عيون الآباء والأمهات، وبهم يزدان الكون والحياة، وقد علمنا القرآن الكريم في الدعاء أن نقول: [ربنا هب لنا من أزواجنا وذرياتنا قرة أعين واجعلنا للمتقين إماماً] سورة الفرقان آية 74.
إن الأبناء والشباب أمانة ومسؤولية في أعناق الآباء والأمهات، وفي أعناق المربين والمربيات، وإلى أي مدى وإلى أي عمر وسن نقدِّم لهم من العطاء؟!!.
فالشباب يبدؤون أطفالاً، والطفل نبتة صغيرة تنمو وتترعرع، فتصير شجرة نافعة؛ مثمرة أو وارفة الظلال، أو قد تصير ضارة غير نافعة؛ شجرة شائكة أو سامَّة والعياذ بالله.
وكل يتمنى أن يكون ولده شاباً قوياً نافعاً، يحمل رسالة ويبني حضارة، فكيف يكون بناء الإنسان؟!!.
إنه حتى نربي جيلاً من الأشجار المثمرة، أو وارفة الظلال؛ فإنه علينا أن نعتني بهم منذ البداية، مع حسن التوكل على الله تعالى والاستعانة به في صلاحهم.
فمن واجبك أيها الأب (المربي) تجاه ولدك: أن ترعاه وتحسن إليه، وتكرمه وتعطف عليه.
ولا شك أنّ كل أب يتمنى لابنه النجاح في دراسته، فهو دائماً يدعو الله بتوفيقه وتسديده وتثبيته، يَعِده ويُمنّيه إن نجح في دراسته، ويتوعّده ويهدده إن رسب في دراسته، ولكن أي نجاح تريده لابنك؟!!، وأي بناء لشخصيته تبغيه من ولدك؟!!.
المسألة أيها الأب الحنون ليست مسألة نجاح أو رسوب في الدراسة فحسب، بقدر ما هي مسألة نجاح أو رسوب في الحياة.
وما أحوجنا في هذا الزمن العصيب أن نربي أبنائنا، وننشئ جيلاً قوي الإيمان يثبت على الحق، ويحمل لواء الإسلام، ويدافع عنه بكل طاقته.
وكلنا يردد بأن الإسلام دين العلم، وقد جاء القرآن ثورة ضد الجهل والتخلف، ولكن الواقع يشير إلى أن المسلمين في قمة الجهل والتخلف، فهل العيب في المصدر أم في المتلقي؟
نعيب زماننا والعيب فينا وما لزماننا عيب سوانا
ونهجو ذا الزمانِ بغير ذنب ولو نطق الزمان لنا هجانا
هذا، وإن بداية أي إصلاح تبدأ من إصلاح التعليم وحسن التربية.
وليس المقصود بالتربية: التربية الدينية والأخلاقية فقط، أو التربية الوطنية فحسب، بل يضاف إلى ذلك: التربية العقلية والنفسية، فهي التربية الكاملة الشاملة.
فمن ذا الذي يقوم بذلك؟، إنه أنت أيها الأب الكريم، يا من تهتم بولدك وتعده ليصبح شاباً، يا من تقدم لولدك من الطعام أطيبه، ومن الثياب أجملها، وتشتري له من السيارات أحدثها، وتحاول أن تبني له من البيوت أفخمها، فهلا تأملت وتوقفت مع ذاتك: ماذا قدّمت له ليتعلم الحياة، ماذا أعطيته ليكون نافعاً ناجحاً؟!!.
لذا كان الاهتمام بالأبناء وتربية الأجيال من أوجب الواجبات، وأعلى القربات، وأجلِّ المهمات، وأشرف المقامات، بل يقول علماء التربية: إنه شرط ضرورة، ويقول علماء الشريعة: إنه فرض عين على الجميع.
وفي حديث رسول الله r: "طلب العلم فريضة على كل مسلم"، والخطاب يتوجه إلى المكلفين بأعيانهم، وإلى الآباء والمربين إذا كان الإنسان قبل سن التكليف.
يوصيكم الله في أولادكم؛ إعداداً وتربية وتهيئة حتى يصبحوا في سن التكليف والبلوغ قادرين على تحمل المسؤولية.
أما اليوم، وللأسف الشديد، فإن المسؤولية تستمر على الآباء والمجتمع في الطعام والشراب والتعليم إلى ما بعد سن التكليف الشرعي.
انظروا إلى تاريخنا واقرؤوا فيه يوم سادت حضارة الإسلام، وكان المسلمون قادة وسادة الدنيا، وتأملوا في الوسائل التي امتلكوها، والطرق التي سلكوها، فإنكم تلاحظون أن الاهتمام كان بالإعداد السليم والتهيئة الصحيحة، لتقديم الأجيال إلى الحياة العملية، وتهيئتهم وإعدادهم لسن التكليف وتحمل المسؤولية، ولذا فإنه من أكبر الأخطاء أن يصل الولد إلى سن البلوغ (التكليف) ولم يتعلم الحياة بعد.
أما أن ننظر إلى أبنائنا بأنهم ما زالوا صغاراً يحتاجون إلينا وإلى عطائنا، وهم تحت رعايتنا وفي كنفنا، فماذا بعد؟.
يمضي ثلث عمره منفقاً مستهلكاً، معتمداً على مساعدة أبويه أو مجتمعه من أجل التحصيل العلمي.
فيا مَن ترعون أبنائكم، ويا مَن ترومون منهم الخير والصلاح لكم ولمجتمعاتهم: احرصوا على خيرهم بدفعهم إلى ما يحقق مصالحهم في الدنيا والآخرة، ومن هنا كان الواجب الشرعي: إعداد الطفل لحياة علمية عملية يستشعر بها مسؤوليته في المجتمع الصالح النافع.
مع التذكير بأن للولد حقاً على الوالد قبل حق الوالد على الولد..!.
فمن أهمل تعليم ولده ما ينفعه، وتركه سدى، فقد أساء غاية الإساءة؛ وأكثر الأولاد إنما جاء فسادهم من قبل الآباء، وإهمالهم لهم، وترك تعليمهم فرائض الدين وسنته، فأضاعوهم صغاراً، فلم ينتفعوا بأنفسهم، ولم ينفعوا آباءهم كباراً.
ولا تكن كمثل الأب الذي سمع من ولده: يا أبت!، إنك عققتني صغيراً، فعققتك كبيراً؛ وأضعتني وليداً؛ فأضعتك شيخاً.
