رمضان فرصة لضبط الاستهلاك، ودورة تعلم الناس كيف يقتصدوا في طعامهم وشربهم، ويرتقوا بأرواحهم إلى العلا؛ بعيداً عن الماديات المباحة، ومن باب أولى المحرمة، ولكن قد يجد الإنسان صعوبة في التخلي عن عاداته وبخاصة فيما يتعلق بخصوصيات قوام حياته؛ من المطعم والمشرب، فما الوسائل المعينة على محاربة الاستهلاك؟
الالتزام بضوابط الاستهلاك وأولوياته.

اتباع المنهج الغذائي الصحي.
أولاً : الالتزام بضوابط الاستهلاك وأولوياته:
لقد وضع الإسلام عدداً من المبادئ والضوابط الشرعية في مجال الاستهلاك، تكفي لتحقيق الوقاية والمناعة من كثير من الأزمات والمجاعات التي تتعرض لها كثير من المجتمعات الإسلامية، ومن هذه المبادئ:
إن الاستهلاك عبادة وطاعة من الطاعات، فكما هي أوامر العبادات والمعاملات كذلك أمر الاستهلاك والإنفاقات، قال الله تعالى: )يَاأَيُّهَا النَّاسُ كُلُوا مِمَّا فِي الأَرْضِ حَلالاً طَيِّباً وَلا تَتَّبِعُوا خُطُوَاتِ الشَّيْطَانِ إِنَّهُ لَكُمْ عَدُوٌّ مُبِينٌ ( [البقرة: 168].
الإسلام يحث على الاعتدال والتوسط في الإنفاق والاستهلاك، و ينهى عن الإسراف، قال تعالى: )يَابَنِي آدَمَ خُذُوا زِينَتَكُمْ عِنْدَ كُلِّ مَسْجِدٍ وَكُلُوا وَاشْرَبُوا وَلا تُسْرِفُوا إِنَّهُ لا يُحِبُّ الْمُسْرِفِينَ ( [الأعراف :31]، ويحرم التبذير، قال عز وجل: )وَآتِ ذَا الْقُرْبَى حَقَّهُ وَالْمِسْكِينَ وَابْنَ السَّبِيلِ وَلا تُبَذِّرْ تَبْذِيراً (26) إِنَّ الْمُبَذِّرِينَ كَانُوا إِخْوَانَ الشَّيَاطِينِ وَكَانَ الشَّيْطَانُ لِرَبِّهِ كَفُورًا ( [الإسراء :26 ـ 27]، وبين القرآن منهج عباد الرحمن بأنهم أصحاب توسط، بلا تفريط ولا إفراط، قال تعالى: )وَالَّذِينَ إِذَا أَنفَقُوا لَمْ يُسْرِفُوا وَلَمْ يَقْتُرُوا وَكَانَ بَيْنَ ذَلِكَ قَوَاماً ( [الفرقان: 67].
يتحدد مستوى الاستهلاك والإنفاق على النفس والعيال والمحتاجين بالقدرة المالية للشخص فلا يكلف الله نفسا إلا وسعها.
لا يجوز أن يشتمل الاستهلاك على محرم، سواء كان ضرورياً أو حاجياً أو تحسينياً.
ثانياً : التعرف على حياة رسول الله r :
في موضوع الاستهلاك نقرأ عدداً من الأحاديث التي تصف حياته r بكافة تفاصيلها، ومن يقرأها ويحاول التمثل والاقتداء، فسيجد نفسه بعيداً عن شره الاستهلاك، فمن تلك الأحاديث:
عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ t قَالَ: مَا شَبِعَ آلُ مُحَمَّدٍ r مِنْ طَعَامٍ ثَلاثَةَ أَيَّامٍ حَتَّى قُبِضَ"([1] ) .
وعَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ـ رضي الله عنهما ـ قَالَ: كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ r يَبِيتُ اللَّيَالِي الْمُتَتَابِعَةَ طَاوِياً ـ أي جائعاً ـ، وَأَهْلُهُ لا يَجِدُونَ عَشَاءً، وَكَانَ أَكْثَرُ خُبْزِهِمْ خُبْزَ الشَّعِيرِ"([2] ) .
والأحاديث السابقة لا تشير إلى فضل الفقر أو الفاقة الممقوتة، بل تشير إلى الحالة التي كان يعيشها رسول r وأصحابه، وليس المراد أن نعيش في هذا الزمان كما كان يعيش، بل على الأقل أن نتذكر مثل تلك الأحوال، فنشكر الله عز وجل على نعمه، وأن لا نسرف في الاستهلاك، وأن نكون على قدر من الزهد في حقيقته، وهو الاعتدال في الإنفاق.
ثالثاً : اتباع المنهج الغذائي الصحي:
ولعل أفضل ما يمكن قوله في هذا الصدد: المحافظة على الصحة، كي لا يصل حال الإنسان إلى مرض، وذلك بالامتناع عن أسبابه، ومراقبة طريقه، ألا وهو الجهاز الهضمي، وبالتحديد: المعدة.
جاء في شعب الإيمان: اجتمع رجال من أهل الطب عند ملك من الملوك فسألهم ما رأس دواء المعدة؟، فقال كل رجل منهم قولاً، وفيهم رجل ساكت، فلما فرغوا قال، ما تقول أنت؟، قال: ذكروا أشياء، وكلها تنفع بعض النفع، ولكن ملاك ذلك ثلاثة أشياء: لا تأكل طعاماً أبداً إلا وأنت تشتهيه، ولا تأكل لحماً يطبخ لك حتى ينعم ـ يكتمل ـ إنضاجه، ولا تبتلع لقمة أبداً حتى تمضغها مضغاً شديداً لا يكون على المعدة فيها مؤونة([3] ) .
ومن كلام بعض الأطباء: (المعدة بيت الداء، والحمية رأس الدواء)([4] ) .
وفي الكشاف: يحكى أن الرشيد كان له طبيب نصراني حاذق، فقال لعلي بن الحسين بن واقد، ليس في كتابكم من علم الطب شيء، والعلم علمان: علم الأبدان، وعلم الأديان، فقال له: قد جمع الله الطب في نصف آية من كتابه، قال: وما هي؟، قال: )كلوا واشربوا ولا تسرفوا(، فقال النصراني: ولا يؤثر عن رسولكم شيء في الطب، فقال: قد جمع رسولنا r الطب في ألفاظ يسيرة، قال: وما هي؟، قال: قوله r المعدة بيت الداء، والحمية رأس كل دواء، وأعط كل بدن ما عودته، فقال: ما ترك كتابكم ولا نبيكم لـ (جالينوس) طباً.
واقتصر البيضاوي على قول الحسين: قد جمع الله الطب في نصف آية من كتابه قوله: )كلوا واشربوا ولا تسرفوا(]([5] ) .
فالمحافظة على الصحة واجب شرعي، ومطلب ديني، وينبغي التنبه إلى ضرورة اجتناب الأمراض الناجمة عن الاستهلاك المفرط، وبخاصة تلك السلع والمنتجات المحرمة والبضائع التي ثبت ضررها على الصحة.
