الأسرة تكوينها وقيمها
الدوافع للارتباط بالشريك:
الحاجة إلى الأنيس.
الحاجة إلى التعامل العاطفي والاستقرار النفسي.
الحفاظ على النوع البشري.
طاعة الله.
التوافق والسعادة
مبدأ السكينة: ويوضحه القرآن الكريم: {ومن آياته أن خلق لكم من أنفسكم أزواجاً لتسكنوا اليهاوجعل بينكم مودة ورحمة إن في ذلك لآيات لقوم يتفكرون}.
وينطوي هذا اللفظ على معاني السلام والتوافق والسعادة.
وحتى تتحقق السكينة، فمن الضروري أن تربط المودة والتعاطف والرحمة بين الزوج وزوجته.
الأسرة: الدرع الحصينة، وبمفهومها الاجتماعي درع.
أما الحماية: فمن كل أذى يمس الإنسان فرداً، ويستعدي عليه.
وأما الرعاية: فلكل قيمة إنسانية تشكل جزءاً من هذا المخلوق الأسمى.
وأهم قيمة ترعى درع الأسرة:
« الوفاء» المؤدي إلى البناء.
و« الحب» المفضي إلى التعاون والإخاء.
رعاية للأسرة
أولا ـ التأسيس من خلال التكوين، الذي يتجلى من خلال الاختيار السليم من الرجل للمرأة، ومن المرأة للرجل.
ثانياً ـ والاستمرار عبر الحماية والعناية والرعاية: فلا طلاق، والطلاق في ساحة البغضاء وضعه الله عز وجل، ولا زنى، لأنه معول يهدم الأسرة، مع حسن الخلق في التعامل، والتعاشر بالمعروف، ثم بر الوالدين.
ثالثاً ـ والتوريث ، بوساطة التنفيذ الواعي.
المشكلة السكانية لها أبعاد ثلاثة:
الزيادة السكانية.
والتوزيع السكاني.
والخصائص السكانية.
مجالات تنظيم الأسرة:
كلمة " تنظيم " واسعة الدلالة، وهي مرغوبة في كل شئ، والكون ذاته قائم على هذا، قال الله تعالى: }إنا كل شئ خلقناه بقدر{ (سورة القمر 49).
ليس تنظيم الأسرة محاربة للزواج، ولا محاربة للذرية، ولا معارضة للأقدار؛ لأن الله سبحانه وهب الإنسان عقلاً وأنزل عليه تشريعاً، وبذلك يسلك السبيل إلى السعادة في الدنيا، والفلاح في الآخرة، فمن شاء فليؤمن ومن شاء فليكفر: {ونفس وما سواها فألهمها فجورها وتقواها قد أفلح من زكاها وقد خاب من دساها} (الشمس 7-10).
وتظهر مجالات تنظيم الأسرة في عدة أمور:
أ- تنظيم الأسرة فيما يتعلق بالذرية، قلة أو كثرة.
ب- تنظيم الأسرة فيما يتعلق بالتمهيد لبنائها تمهيداً سليماً.
ت- تنظيم الأسرة اقتصادياً.
ث- تنظيم الأسرة في تحديد العلاقات بين أفرادها.
ج- تنظيم الأسرة علمياً وثقافياً واجتماعياً.
أما تنظيم النسل:
فهو: إيجاد فترات متباعدة بين مرات الحمل، بطريقة مشروعة غير ضارة ، لداع يدعو إلى ذلك.
الحديث عن أهمية التواصل بين الزوجين في اتخاذ القرار بخصوص البدء والاستمرارية باستخدام وسائل تنظيم الأسرة.
وسائل التنظيم الطبيعية:
العزل أحد وسائل موانع الحمل.
النهي عن المعاشرة في حال الرضاع.
أسباب ممارسة تنظيم النسل:
1- وجود مرض من الأمراض المعدية، عند الزوجين أو أحدهما.
2- الخوف على صحة الزوجة وسلامتها بسبب الحمل المتتابع.
3- الضعف الاقتصادي عند الزوج.
أقوال مأثورة تشير إلى جواز تنظيم النسل:
رواه الحاكم في تاريخه، عن عبد الله بن عمر رضي الله عنهما، عن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم أنه قال: "جهد البلاء كثرة العيال مع قلة الشيء ".
وقد عرض عدد من الصحابة هذا الفهم بعبارات مختلفة:
ـ فالإمام علي بن أبي طالب كَرَّم الله وجهه يقول: "قلة العيال أحد اليسارين "، ويفسرها ابن أبي الحديد في شرح كتاب نهج البلاغة: "إن قلة العيال مع الفقر كاليسار الحقيقي مع كثرتهم".
ـ وهذا هو ابن عباس رضي الله عنهما يقول: "إن كثرة العيال أحد الفقرين، وقلة العيال أحد اليسارين"، والفقران هنا: قلة المال وكثرة العيال ، واليساران هما: كثرة المال وقلة عدد الأولاد.
ـ وهذا عمرو بن العاص فاتح مصر يقول لأهلها: "يا معشر الناس: إياكم وخلالاً أربعاً؛ فإنها تدعو إلى النَّصب [التعب] بعد الراحة، والى الضيق بعد السعة، والى المذلة بعد العزة؛ إياكم وكثرة العيال، وإخفاض الحال، وتضييع المال، والقيل بعد القال من غير إدراك ولا نوال".
ـ ويقول الإمام أبو حنيفة في مقطع من وصيته لتلميذه أبي يوسف: (ولا تتزوج إلا بعد أن تعلم أنك تقدر على القيام بجميع حوائج المرأة، ... واشتغل بالعلم في عنفوان شبابك ووقت فراغك وفراغ قلبك وخاطرك، ثم اشتغل بالمال ليجتمع عندك؛ فإن كثرة الولد والعيال تشوش البال، فإن جمعت المال فاشتغل بالتزوج ).
ـ وهذا الإمام الشافعي يفسر قوله تعالى: {فإن خفتم ألا تعدلوا فواحدة أو ما ملكت أيمانكم ذلك أدنى أن لا تعولوا} (النساء 3)، فيقول: (ذلك أقرب ألا تكثر عيالكم )، مما يدل على أن قلة العيال أولى.
ـ ويقول ابن جرير الطبري في تفسيره للآية: (إن الزوجة الواحدة ستكون أهون على الرجال في العيال ؛ لأن نسله سيكون من زوجة واحدة؛ بخلاف ما لو تزوج بأكثر وكل زوجة جاءت بذرية؛ لأن الذرية ستكثر حينئذ بتعدد مواطن الإنجاب).
منافع تنظيم الأسرة
فوائده العائدة على الأم:
ـ تخفيض مخاطر وفاة الأمهات.
ـ تقليل المخاطر الصحية التي قد تحدث نتيجة للأحمال المتقاربة والمتكررة، وخاصة على الأمهات في المراحل العمرية الصغيرة جدا أو الكبيرة.
ـ الحفاظ على صحة الأم؛ فمن خلال المباعدة بين الأحمال تحافظ الأم على صحتها الجسدية والعقلية.
ـ تخفيض نسبة الأحمال ذات المستوى المرتفع من الخطورة.
ـ تقليل المخاطر الناتجة عن الإجهاض غير المأمون والذي قد يتم اللجوء إليه للتخلص من الأحمال غير المرغوب بها.
فوائده العائدة على الطفل:
ـ تخفيض معدل وفيات الأطفال حديثي الولادة، ووفيات الأطفال قبل الولادة.
ـ تخفيض معدل ولادة المواليد الخداج وذوي الأوزان المتدنية.
ـ تخفيض معدل إصابة الأطفال بالأمراض المعدية وسوء التغذية.
ـ تخفيض معدل التشوهات الخلقية والتخلف العقلي.
ـ تحسين نمو وتطور الأطفال من النواحي الجسمية والعقلية والفكرية والصحية.
ـ توفير فرصة أكبر لعناية الأم بطفلها وتغذيته وإرضاعه رضاعة طبيعية طويلة وكافية.
فوائده العائدة على العائلة:
ـ تحسين نوعية الحياة والرفاهية لأفراد الأسرة.
ـ توفير الجو النفسي الملائم لنمو الطفل في بيئة اجتماعية وصحية ونفسية متوازنة.
ـ التقليل من المجهود الجسدي والذهني الذي يقع على كاهل أولياء الأمور في تربية أبنائهم.
ـ تخفيض الأعباء الاقتصادية عن كاهل العائلة، مما يوفر فرصة تقديم مستوى جيد من التغذية، والرعاية الصحية، والتعليم، والترفيه وغير ذلك.
ـ إيجاد الوقت الكافي وتمكين العائلة من المشاركة في الأنشطة الاجتماعية والثقافية والاقتصادية.
فوائده العائدة على المجتمع:
ـ تحسين الوضع الصحي والتعليمي والاجتماعي للمجتمع.
ـ زيادة فرصة التنمية الاقتصادية وتحسين الوضع الاقتصادي وتخفيف الفقر.
ـ حماية البيئة وذلك بالتوازن ما بين الموارد الطبيعية وعدد السكان.
ـ تخفيض الطلب على الخدمات العامة مثل السكن والماء والطاقة والتعليم والخدمات الصحية والاجتماعية.
ـ زيادة نمو معدل الدخل القومي للفرد.
ـ تنخفض الخصوبة بحوالي 50% أسرع في المتوسط.
