العفو والصفح عن أخطاء الإخوة
الحمد لله الذي فتح باب الرجاء للمؤمنين، ومدَّ باب الأمل للعاصين، ولم يغلق باب التوبة في وجه المذنبين.
الحمد لله الذي علَّم عباده المؤمنين العفوَ والمغفرة عن إخوانهم المسلمين، وأثنى سبحانه على المتقين؛ فَهُم للغيظ كاظمون، وعن الناس عافون، ولأخطاء إخوانهم وزلاتهم غافرون، قال الله تعالى:( والكاظمين الغيظ والعافين عن الناس والله يحب المحسنين ).
الحمد لله الذي وعد مَن عفا وأصلح وغفر ذَنْب أخيه بأن يكون من المحبوبين، فقال عزَّ وجلَّ:( ألا تحبون أن يغفر الله لكم ).
والصلاة والسلام على سيد الأولين والآخرين، وحبيب رب العالمين، وقف في مكة يوم الفتح المبين، وهو المنتصر المقتدر، ونادى بالكفار والمشركين: ما تظنون أني فاعل بكم!!، قالوا: أخ كريم وابن أخ كريم، قال e :" اِذهبوا فأنتم الطلقاء "؛ آذوه فسامحهم، وضيقوا عليه وعفا عنهم، فكان e خير مثال على فضيلة العفو مع القدرة على الرد بالمثل.
أما بعد: فيا أيها الأحبة.
أخرج الإمام أحمد في مسنده عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ e:" الدَّوَاوِينُ عِنْدَ اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ ثَلَاثَةٌ: دِيوَانٌ لَا يَعْبَأُ اللَّهُ بِهِ شَيْئًا، وَدِيوَانٌ لَا يَتْرُكُ اللَّهُ مِنْهُ شَيْئًا، وَدِيوَانٌ لَا يَغْفِرُهُ اللَّهُ، فَأَمَّا الدِّيوَانُ الَّذِي لَا يَغْفِرُهُ اللَّهُ فَالشِّرْكُ بِاللَّهِ، قَالَ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ:} إِنَّهُ مَنْ يُشْرِكْ بِاللَّهِ فَقَدْ حَرَّمَ اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ الْجَنَّةَ {، وَأَمَّا الدِّيوَانُ الَّذِي لَا يَعْبَأُ اللَّهُ بِهِ شَيْئًا: فَظُلْمُ الْعَبْدِ نَفْسَهُ فِيمَا بَيْنَهُ وَبَيْنَ رَبِّهِ؛ مِنْ صَوْمِ يَوْمٍ تَرَكَهُ، أَوْ صَلَاةٍ تَرَكَهَا، فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ يَغْفِرُ ذَلِكَ وَيَتَجَاوَزُ إِنْ شَاءَ، وَأَمَّا الدِّيوَانُ الَّذِي لَا يَتْرُكُ اللَّهُ مِنْهُ شَيْئًا: فَظُلْمُ الْعِبَادِ بَعْضِهِمْ بَعْضًا الْقِصَاصُ لَا مَحَالَةَ".
إذاً: إن ظلم العباد بعضهم بعضاً ديوان لا يترك الله منه شيئاً، وكيف يترك الله منه شيئاً وهو ذنبٌ متعدٍ غيرُ مقتصرٍ على ذات الشخص، فقد تعلَّق بحقٍ من حقوق العباد.
والتوبة من الذنب المتعدي إلى الآخرين أصعب من التوبة عن الذنب المتعلِّق بحق من حقوق الله تعالى، إذ يُشترَط في التوبة: أن يقلع المرء عن المعصية، وأن يندم على فعله، وأن يعزم على عدم العودة إلى الذنب، ويُزاد شرط رابع في حالة المعصية المتعلقة بحقوق العباد، وهذا الشرط هو أن يبرأ من صاحب الحق، فإذا كانت المعصية مالاً ردَّه إليه، وإذا كانت مظلَمَة طَلَب عفوه، وإذا كانت غيبة وكلام لا يرضِي استحلَّه منها.
وذلك عملاً بما ورد عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ t أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ e قَالَ:" مَنْ كَانَتْ عِنْدَهُ مَظْلِمَةٌ لِأَخِيهِ فَلْيَتَحَلَّلْهُ مِنْهَا، فَإِنَّهُ لَيْسَ ثَمَّ ـ أي هناك في يوم القيامة ـ دِينَارٌ وَلَا دِرْهَمٌ، مِنْ قَبْلِ أَنْ يُؤْخَذَ لِأَخِيهِ مِنْ حَسَنَاتِهِ، فَإِنْ لَمْ يَكُنْ لَهُ حَسَنَاتٌ أُخِذَ مِنْ سَيِّئَاتِ أَخِيهِ فَطُرِحَتْ عَلَيْهِ" رواه البخاري.
ولقد وصف رسول الله e الرجل الذي تكون عنده مظلمة لأخيه ولا يستسمحها منه في الدنيا، وصفه بالمفلس، كما روى الإمام مسلم عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ t أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ e قَالَ:" أَتَدْرُونَ مَا الْمُفْلِسُ!!"، قَالُوا: الْمُفْلِسُ فِينَا مَنْ لَا دِرْهَمَ لَهُ وَلَا مَتَاعَ، فَقَالَ:" إِنَّ الْمُفْلِسَ مِنْ أُمَّتِي يَأْتِي يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ بِصَلَاةٍ وَصِيَامٍ وَزَكَاةٍ، وَيَأْتِي قَدْ شَتَمَ هَذَا، وَقَذَفَ هَذَا ـ أي رماه واتهمه بالزنا ـ وَأَكَلَ مَالَ هَذَا، وَسَفَكَ دَمَ هَذَا، وَضَرَبَ هَذَا، فَيُعْطَى هَذَا مِنْ حَسَنَاتِهِ، وَهَذَا مِنْ حَسَنَاتِهِ، فَإِنْ فَنِيَتْ حَسَنَاتُهُ قَبْلَ أَنْ يُقْضَى مَا عَلَيْهِ أُخِذَ مِنْ خَطَايَاهُمْ فَطُرِحَتْ عَلَيْهِ، ثُمَّ طُرِحَ فِي النَّارِ".
هذه دعوة غير مباشرة لترك التعدي على الآخرين، دعوة لترك الظلم، ودعوة لترك الفجور، ودعوة لترك الكلام البذيء؛ لأن في هذا اعتداءً على حرمات المسلمين، والمطلوب من المسلم أن يُعَظِّم حرمات المسلمين لا أن يتعدى عليها، فالْمُسْلِمُ مَنْ سَلِمَ الْمُسْلِمُونَ مِنْ لِسَانِهِ وَيَدِهِ.
أيها الإخوة والأحبة:
إن مما يميز التشريع الإسلامي، والتوجيهات الأخلاقية الإسلامية: أنها متوازنة؛ لا تخاطب طرفاً دون الآخر، ولا تحمل على شيء دون أن تُعطِي الحل في نقيضه، ولا تُنكر شيئاً إلا هيأت له بديلاً، كل ذلك ليعيش المسلمون متراحمين فيما بينهم، متعاطفين متعاونين، فيكونون كالبنيان المرصوص يشد بعضه بعضاً.
فكما وجَّه الإسلام إلى حرمة التعدي على حقوق المسلمين، وجَّه المعتدَى عليهم إلى غفران الذنب وقبول الاعتذار، فقد قال رسول الله e :" مَن أتاه أخوه متنصلاً ـ أي طالباً منه الصفح والعفو ـ فليقبل ذلك منه، محقاً كان أو مبطِلاً، فإن لم يفعل لم يَرِدْ عليَّ الحوض ". أخرجه الحاكم النيسابوري عن أبي هريرة.
ومن الأدلة على وجوب العفو والصفح، ومقابلة الإساءة بالإحسان فيما بين الإخوة، قول الله تعالى :} خذ العفو وامر بالعرف وأعرض عن الجاهلين {، وقوله تعالى : } فاعفوا واصفحوا، ألا تحبون أن يغفر الله لكم {، وقوله عزَّ وجلَّ : } ولَمَن صبر وغفر إن ذلك لَمِن عزم الأمور {.
وقد ورد في مسند الإمام أحمد عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ t أَنَّ رَجُلًا شَتَمَ أَبَا بَكْرٍ t وَالنَّبِيُّ e جَالِسٌ فَجَعَلَ النَّبِيُّ e يَعْجَبُ وَيَتَبَسَّمُ، فَلَمَّا أَكْثَرَ ـ أي الرجل في شتم أبي بكر ـ رَدَّ عَلَيْهِ ـ أبو بكر ـ بَعْضَ قَوْلِهِ فَغَضِبَ النَّبِيُّ e وَقَامَ، فَلَحِقَهُ أَبُو بَكْرٍ t فَقَالَ: يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ،كَانَ يَشْتُمُنِي وَأَنْتَ جَالِسٌ، فَلَمَّا رَدَدْتُ عَلَيْهِ بَعْضَ قَوْلِهِ غَضِبْتَ وَقُمْتَ، قَالَ ـ أي رسول الله e ـ:" إِنَّهُ كَانَ مَعَكَ مَلَكٌ يَرُدُّ عَنْكَ، فَلَمَّا رَدَدْتَ عَلَيْهِ بَعْضَ قَوْلِهِ وَقَعَ الشَّيْطَانُ، فَلَمْ أَكُنْ لِأَقْعُدَ مَعَ الشَّيْطَانِ"، ثُمَّ قَالَ:" يَا أَبَا بَكْرٍ: ثَلَاثٌ كُلُّهُنَّ حَقٌّ؛ مَا مِنْ عَبْدٍ ظُلِمَ بِمَظْلَمَةٍ فَيُغْضِي عَنْهَا لِلَّهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ إِلَّا أَعَزَّ اللَّهُ بِهَا نَصْرَهُ، وَمَا فَتَحَ رَجُلٌ بَابَ عَطِيَّةٍ يُرِيدُ بِهَا صِلَةً إِلَّا زَادَهُ اللَّهُ بِهَا كَثْرَةً، وَمَا فَتَحَ رَجُلٌ بَابَ مَسْأَلَةٍ يُرِيدُ بِهَا كَثْرَةً إِلَّا زَادَهُ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ بِهَا قِلَّةً ".
فاعفُ يا أخي عن أخطاء إخوانك، واصفح عما يبدر منهم في حقك، وحاول أن تحمل كل ما يصدر عنهم من هفوات وزلات على وجه حسنٍ، وقد قال الشاعر:
خذ من خليلك ما صفا
وَ دَعْ الذي فيه الكَدَر
فالعمر أقصرُ من معا
تبة الخليل على الغِيَر
كن يا أخي بطيء الغضب سريع الرضا، فالرجال أربعة: رجل سريع الغضب بطيء الرضا، ورجل سريع الغضب سريع الرضا، ورجل بطيء الغضب بطيء الرضا، ورجل بطيء الغضب بطيء الرضا.
فليكن حالك مع أخيك المؤمن: بطيء الغضب إن أغضبك، أو صدرت منه هفوة تجاهك، أو بدر منه خطأ أصابك، وإذا جاءك معتذراً فكن سريع الرضا.
أيها الإخوة المؤمنون:
إن الجزاء الأخروي من جنس العمل في الدنيا، فكما تغفر ذنب مَن أخطأ معك، يغفر الله لك، وكما تصفح عن أخيك يصفح الله عنك، وكما تحب أن يغفر الله لك فاغفر ذنب أخيك، وليكن رسول الله e قدوتك، فقد وُصِف فِي التَّوْرَاةِ بِصِفَتِهِ فِي الْقُرْآنِ: يَا أَيُّهَا النَّبِيُّ إِنَّا أَرْسَلْنَاكَ شَاهِدًا وَمُبَشِّرًا وَنَذِيرًا، وَحِرْزًا لِلْأُمِّيِّينَ، وَأَنْتَ عَبْدِي وَرَسُولِي، سَمَّيْتُكَ الْمُتَوَكِّلَ، لَسْتَ بِفَظٍّ وَلَا غَلِيظٍ، وَلَا صَخَّابٍ فِي الْأَسْوَاقِ، وَلَا يَدْفَعُ السَّيِّئَةَ بِالسَّيِّئَةِ، وَلَكِنْ يَعْفُو وَيَغْفِرُ". رواه الإمام أحمد والدارمي.
