عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ e قَالَ: "لَتَتَّبِعُنَّ سَنَنَ مَنْ قَبْلَكُمْ شِبْرًا بِشِبْرٍ وَذِرَاعًا بِذِرَاعٍ حَتَّى لَوْ سَلَكُوا جُحْرَ ضَبٍّ لَسَلَكْتُمُوهُ قُلْنَا يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ الْيَهُودَ وَالنَّصَارَى قَالَ فَمَنْ؟" [البخاري، 3197، ومسلم، 4822].
عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ ـ شعيب بن عبد الله ـ عَنْ جَدِّهِ ـ عبد الله بن عمرو ـ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ e قَالَ: "لَيْسَ مِنَّا مَنْ تَشَبَّهَ بِغَيْرِنَا، لاَ تَشَبَّهُوا بِالْيَهُودِ وَلاَ بِالنَّصَارَى، فَإِنَّ تَسْلِيمَ الْيَهُودِ الْإِشَارَةُ بِالْأَصَابِعِ، وَتَسْلِيمَ النَّصَارَى الْإِشَارَةُ بِالْأَكُفِّ" [سنن الترمذي، 2619].

عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ الْعَاصِ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ e: "إِنَّ فَصْلَ مَا بَيْنَ صِيَامِنَا وَصِيَامِ أَهْلِ الْكِتَابِ أَكْلَةُ السُّحُورِ" [سنن النسائي، 2137].
عَنْ يَعْلَى بْنِ شَدَّادِ بْنِ أَوْسٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ ـ شداد بن أوس ـ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ e: "خَالِفُوا الْيَهُودَ فَإِنَّهُمْ لاَ يُصَلُّونَ فِي نِعَالِهِمْ وَلاَ خِفَافِهِمْ" [سنن أبي داود، 556].
عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ e: "مَنْ تَشَبَّهَ بِقَوْمٍ فَهُوَ مِنْهُمْ" [سنن أبي داود، 3512].
منذ أن تخلى المسلمون عن قوانينهم الإسلامية واتبعوا الغرب اتباع الفصيل إثر أمه فتحت عليهم أبواب الأزمات الواسعة، وراحوا يتخبطون في متاهات الحياة الطويلة ومشاكلها الكثيرة التي لا أول لها ولا آخر.
لقد تأخر المسلمون عن الركب الحضاري وفقدوا عزتهم الأولى التي ألبسها إياهم الإسلام، وأصبحوا اليوم كلقمة سائغة تتكالب عليها الذئاب المفترسة.
والغريب أن كثيراً من المسلمين لا يحرك ساكناً من أجل الخروج من هذه الحالة التي يرثى لها، بل لا يسألون حتى أنفسهم قائلين: لماذا أصبحنا هكذا؟ وما الذي أدى بنا إلى ذلك؟ وما هو العلاج لمشكلتنا هذه؟
وصدق من قال فيمن يطلب رضا الغربيين:
والله لا يبُـدي لك الغـرب حُـرمـة ولـو رحـت في أذيـالـه تتمسـحُ
يقـول لك الغـرب المُـدل بنـابـه وقـد جئـتَ تستجـدي رضاه وتمدح
مكانـك يا شـرقي وأرجـع بـذلـةٍ فمـن ذا رأى الشـرقيَّ للعـز يَصلح
ومهـما سـما الشرقي فالشرق نعجة تَسْمَنُ للغـرب النـهـوم وتُـذبـح
فلا تلتمس عطفاً من الغـرب صاغراً ذليـلاً، فما يحنـو القـوي ويسمـح
ولا تعبـد الغـربي جهـلاً فـإنـما ستكسب منـه كـل ذُل وتـربـح
ألسـت تــراه رابـضاً متـربصاً يـود لو أنّ الصـيد يبـدو ويُمنـح؟
إن الآيات تقرر أن الله أرسل رسوله محمداً؛ مبشراً ونذيراً، مصححاً للعقائد، ومشرعاً للأحكام، من أجل سعادة الإنسان في الدنيا وفلاحه في الآخرة.
ومهمة الرسول التبليغ، فلا حرج عليه إن لم يؤمن به الناس، أو أصروا على كفرهم وضلالهم وعنادهم، ]لَيْسَ عَلَيْكَ هُدَاهُمْ وَلَكِنَّ اللَّهَ يَهْدِي مَنْ يَشَاءُ[ [البقرة: 272]، ]مَا عَلَيْكَ مِنْ حِسَابِهِمْ مِنْ شَيْءٍ[[الأنعام: 52]، ]فَلَعَلَّكَ بَاخِعٌ نَفْسَكَ عَلَى آثَارِهِمْ إِنْ لَمْ يُؤْمِنُوا بِهَذَا الْحَدِيثِ أَسَفًا[ [الكهف: 6]، ]فَلَا تَذْهَبْ نَفْسُكَ عَلَيْهِمْ حَسَرَاتٍ إِنَّ اللَّهَ عَلِيمٌ بِمَا يَصْنَعُونَ[ [فاطر: 8].
