الزكاة طهر ونماء
الحمد لله الذي جعل المسلمين إخوة في ظل دينه، يسودهم التراحم، ويظلهم الحب والصفاء، وأشهد أن لا إله إلا الله جعل المال نعمة في يد الغني ليرعى بها نفسه وغيره من الفقراء، وأشهد أن محمداً رسول الله امتدحه ربه ومن معه بقوله: ] مُحَمَّدٌ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ وَالَّذِينَ مَعَهُ أَشِدَّاءُ عَلَى الْكُفَّارِ رُحَمَاءُ بَيْنَهُمْ[ [الفتح/29].أما بعد:
فلقد أضاء الإسلام بنوره الوجود كله، فألف بين قلوب كانت متنافرة وأفئدة كانت متباعدة، وأصبحت الأمة الإسلامية جمعاء كالجسد الواحد يشعر كل منهم بشعور الآخر، يألم لألمه ويفرح لفرحه ] إِنَّمَا الْمُؤْمِنُونَ إِخْوَةٌ [ [الحجرات/10]، ] وَالْمُؤْمِنُونَ وَالْمُؤْمِنَاتُ بَعْضُهُمْ أَوْلِيَاءُ بَعْضٍ يَأْمُرُونَ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ وَيَنْهَوْنَ عَنْ الْمُنكَرِ وَيُقِيمُونَ الصَّلَاةَ وَيُؤْتُونَ الزَّكَاةَ وَيُطِيعُونَ اللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ أُوْلَئِكَ سَيَرْحَمُهُمْ اللَّهُ إِنَّ اللَّهَ عَزِيزٌ حَكِيمٌ[ [التوبة/71].
وهم بذلك مترابطون، قلوبهم مؤتلفة وأفئدتهم مجتمعة، كلمتهم واحدة، وأمرهم شورى بينهم وكل واحد منهم يمثل لبنة قوية في بناء الأمة المشيدة، ولقد شبههم النبي r بالبناء المتين الذي يشد بعضه بعضاً، فقال r: " المؤمن للمؤمن كالبنيان يشد بعضه بعضاً، ثم شبك بين أصابعه"، والمسلمون وإن اختلفت أنسابهم وتفاوتت درجاتهم فهم سواسية كأسنان المشط الكل واحد منهم رأي محترم وحق مصون، رحماء بينهم أشداء على أعدائهم، وصدق رسول الله r حيث يقول: "المسلمون تتكافأ دماؤهم، ويسعى بذمتهم أدناهم، وهم يد على مَن سواهم".
ولقد حرص الإسلام على أن تُكفل لكل واحد من أبنائه الحياة الحرة الشريفة، فلا يضيع فقير لفقره، ولا تهدر كرامة مسكين لبؤسه، ولا يهلك جائع لفاقته وغيره شبعان، بل حذر الإسلام الأغنياء بسلب الإيمان عنهم، إن علموا بجائع ولم يطعموه، فقال رسول الله r: "ما آمن بي من بات شبعان وجاره جائع وهو يعلم به".
من هنا كانت الزكاة في الإسلام ركيزة من ركائزه، وعماداً من عمده التي بينها رسولنا محمد r في الحديث الذي رواه البخاري عن ابن عمر فقال: " بني الإسلام على خمس …".
وجاء نداء السماء إلى الرسول r ليقول له: ] خُذْ مِنْ أَمْوَالِهِمْ صَدَقَةً تُطَهِّرُهُمْ وَتُزَكِّيهِمْ بِهَا وَصَلِّ عَلَيْهِمْ إِنَّ صَلَاتَكَ سَكَنٌ لَهُمْ وَاللَّهُ سَمِيعٌ عَلِيمٌ[ [التوبة/103].
فينفذ رسولنا تعاليم ربه المسلمين بأداء هذا الحق المفروض عليهم في أموالهم والمنـزل عليهم في قول ربهم: ] فَأَقِيمُوا الصَّلَاةَ وَآتُوا الزَّكَاةَ وَاعْتَصِمُوا بِاللَّهِ هُوَ مَوْلَاكُمْ فَنِعْمَ الْمَوْلَى وَنِعْمَ النَّصِيرُ [ [الحج/78].
وكانت تعاليم الرسول لسيدنا معاذ بن جبل حين بعثه إلى اليمن نداء عاماً، للتطبيق العلمي لهذا الأمر الإلهي، فقال له: "ادعهم إلى شهادة أن لا إله إلا الله، وأني رسول الله، فإن هم أطاعوا لذلك فأعلمهم أن الله تعالى افترض عليهم خمس صلوات في كل يوم وليلة، فإن هم أطاعوا لذلك فأعلمهم أن الله تعالى افترض عليهم صدقة تؤخذ من أغنيائهم وترد في فقرائهم".
وأعلنها القرآن صراحة فبين أن ما يأخذه الفقير ليس منة يمن بها الغني عليه، وأنَّ ما يعطيه الغني للفقير ليس هبة يقدمها إليه، فالمال مال الله، والغني مستخلف فيه، وللفقير فيه حق معلوم، وفرض مقسوم، قال تعالى: ]وَأَنْفِقُوا مِمَّا جَعَلَكُمْ مُسْتَخْلَفِينَ فِيهِ[ [الحديد/7]، وقال: ]وَآتُوهُمْ مِنْ مَالِ اللَّهِ الَّذِي آتَاكُمْ[ [النور/33].
وحينما فرض الإسلام الزكاة لم يكن بذلك جائراً على الأغنياء أو متحيزاً إلى الفقراء، بل أمر بها لبناء مجتمع سليم، يشعر فيه الغني بأخيه الفقير فيطعمه من ماله، ويكفيه مؤونة الجوع والتشرد، فينال بذلك الثمار في ماله: ]وَمَا آتَيْتُمْ مِنْ زَكَاةٍ تُرِيدُونَ وَجْهَ اللَّهِ فَأُوْلَئِكَ هُمْ الْمُضْعِفُونَ[ [الروم/39]، وينال الغني بذلك المثوبة من الله تعالى: ]وَأَقِيمُوا الصَّلَاةَ وَآتُوا الزَّكَاةَ وَمَا تُقَدِّمُوا لِأَنفُسِكُمْ مِنْ خَيْرٍ تَجِدُوهُ عِنْدَ اللَّهِ إِنَّ اللَّهَ بِمَا تَعْمَلُونَ بَصِيرٌ[ [البقرة/110]، وتكفيراً لذنوبه، قال الله تعالى: ]لَئِنْ أَقَمْتُمْ الصَّلَاةَ وَآتَيْتُمْ الزَّكَاةَ وَآمَنْتُمْ بِرُسُلِي وَعَزَّرْتُمُوهُمْ وَأَقْرَضْتُمْ اللَّهَ قَرْضًا حَسَنًا لَأُكَفِّرَنَّ عَنْكُمْ سَيِّئَاتِكُمْ[ [المائدة/12].
لقد توعد ربنا مَن لا يؤدي حق الله في ماله بالعذاب الأليم والوبال الوخيم في الدنيا والآخرة، فقال سبحانه: ]وَالَّذِينَ يَكْنِزُونَ الذَّهَبَ وَالْفِضَّةَ وَلَا يُنفِقُونَهَا فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ فَبَشِّرْهُمْ بِعَذَابٍ أَلِيمٍ يَوْمَ يُحْمَى عَلَيْهَا فِي نَارِ جَهَنَّمَ فَتُكْوَى بِهَا جِبَاهُهُمْ وَجُنُوبُهُمْ وَظُهُورُهُمْ هَذَا مَا كَنَزْتُمْ لِأَنفُسِكُمْ فَذُوقُوا مَا كُنتُمْ تَكْنِزُونَ[ [التوبة/34*35].
وبين القرآن صورة لقوم منعوا زكاة مالهم فانتقم منهم ربنا فأزال مالهم، وضيّعهم وحرمهم وأجاع أكبادهم، قال تعالى: ]إِنَّا بَلَوْنَاهُمْ كَمَا بَلَوْنَا أَصْحَابَ الْجَنَّةِ إِذْ أَقْسَمُوا لَيَصْرِمُنَّهَا مُصْبِحِينَ(17)وَلَا يَسْتَثْنُونَ(18)فَطَافَ عَلَيْهَا طَائِفٌ مِنْ رَبِّكَ وَهُمْ نَائِمُونَ(19)فَأَصْبَحَتْ كَالصَّرِيمِ فَتَنَادَوا مُصْبِحِينَ(21)أَنْ اغْدُوا عَلَى حَرْثِكُمْ إِنْ كُنتُمْ صَارِمِينَ(22)فَانطَلَقُوا وَهُمْ يَتَخَافَتُونَ(23)أَنْ لَا يَدْخُلَنَّهَا الْيَوْمَ عَلَيْكُمْ مِسْكِينٌ(24)وَغَدَوْا عَلَى حَرْدٍ قَادِرِينَ(25)فَلَمَّا رَأَوْهَا قَالُوا إِنَّا لَضَالُّونَ(26)بَلْ نَحْنُ مَحْرُومُونَ[ [القلم/17-27].
فليكن لنا في رسول الله الأسوة الحسنة، وليكن لنا في السلف الصالح القدوة الطيبة، فنسير على الدرب الذي خطه رسول الله وسارت عليه قوافل الإسلام الأولى، فمتاع الدنيا قليل والآخرة خير لمن اتقى، ]مَا عِنْدَكُمْ يَنفَدُ وَمَا عِنْدَ اللَّهِ بَاقٍ[ [النحل/69]، ]وَمَا تُنفِقُوا مِنْ شَيْءٍ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ يُوَفَّ إِلَيْكُمْ وَأَنْتُمْ لَا تُظْلَمُونَ[ [الأنفال/60].
روى الإمام أحمد عن أنس بن مالك قال: " أتى رجل من تميم رسول الله r فقال: يا رسول الله إني ذو مال كثير، وذو أهل ومال وحاضرة، فأخبرني كيف أصنع؟ وكيف أنفق؟ فقال رسول الله r: "تخرج الزكاة من مالك فإنها طهرة تطهرك، وتصل أقرباءك وتعرف حق المسكين والجار والسائل".
