اللهم اهدنا فيمن هديت وعافنا فيمن عافيت، وتولنا فيمن توليت، وبارك لنا فيما أعطيت، واصرف عنا كل ظلم وحرام يا رب العالمين.
وأشهد أن لا غله إلا الله يرزق العباد ويعطيهم عطاءً غير مجذوذ؛ لكنه إن أحب عبداً جعل كسبه حلالاً طيباً.
وأشهد أم محمد رسول الله الذي لو شاء لسارت معه جبال تهامة ذهباً، ولكنه آثر أن يكون نبياً عبداً.
أما بعد فيا أيها المؤمنون:
اتقوا الله ربكم، اتقوا يوماً ترجعون فيه إلى الله ثم توفي كل نفس ما كسبت وهم لا يُظلمون.
فمَن عَمِل لآخرته سَعِد في دنياه، ومَن عَمِل لدنياه ونسي آخرته شقي في حياته وتَعِب وما وجد في آخرته إلا الخسران.
عباد الله:
إن الله يبسط الرزق لعباده بعد أن بيَّن لهم طريق الحلال ووضحه، وحذَّرهم من الحرام وبيَّنه؛ كي يدرك المؤمن العامقل بأن الدنيا مطية الآخرة، وليست هي الغاية ولا الهدف.
فكم من أناس يجمعون ويجمعون، وفي لحظة يغادرون ما يجمعون أو تُكشف أمورهم وتفضح شؤونهم؛ وإذا كان الإنسان في دنياه لا يرغب أن يُفضح، فما بالك في فضيحة الآخرة على رؤوس الأشهاد.
لقد عاش الناس في الأسبوع الأخير على خبرين؛ ما بين ألم وأمل.
خبر آلم الناس، وخبر ـ بالأمس ـ أفرحهم وزرع فيهم الأمل.
أما الخبر الألمي فمرتبط بتحريم الربا؛ فالإفلاسات التي سمع عنها الناس، والانهيارات الاقتصادية التي شاعت وكتبت عنها الصحف والمواقع عبّبر عنها وزير الاقتصاد فس سورية.
نعم وزيرنا في الاقتصاد يعبر عن الإفلاس الذي جرى في مدينة حلب بقوله:
إن حجم المديونيات يشير بوضوح إلى عمليات إقراضية ربوية ـ بهذا اللفظ ـ عمليات إقراض ربوية؛ هدفها الثراء الفاحش والربح السريع.
أيها الإخوة: إن للإنسان طاقة في العمل، وعنده درجة تحمل للمسؤولية، ولديه قدرة على الإدارة؛ فإذا ما كانت الأعمال أكثر من أوقاته،، وإذا ما كانت ألأموال أكثر من جهده؛ فإنه سيهمل بعضاً، وينسى بعضاً، وقد يستعين بآخرين، وما أدراك ما الآخرون؟، وهل الثقة باقية في المؤمنين، أم أضحت الثقة والأمانة مصطلحات فلسفية لا وجود لها في أرض الواقع؟!.
إذا كانت النظرة العلمية الحيادية أن الواقعة الذي جرت سببها الربا؛ فيحسن أن نؤكد في هذه الخطبة على حرمة الربا ببيان العقوبات القرآنية لآكل الربا:
العقوبة الأولى: التخبط:
قال تعالى: ]الذين يأكلون الربا لا يقومون إلا كما يقوم الذي يتخبطه الشيطان من المس[.
لا يدري هل هذا هو الطريق الواضح الحلال فيتبعه أم ذاك الطريق الموصل إلى (القارونية) فجمع المال دون سؤال أو تأمل عن الحلال أو الحرام.
هذا مذهب قارون، فمن شاء أن يكون مثل قارون؛ خسف الله به الأرض فالحرام طريقه، والربا وسيلته، وأكل أموال الناس بالباطل هدفه.
أما مَن شاء أن يأكل رزقه بجهد حلال وكسب طيب فعليه أن يستشير أهل العلم، أن يسأل أهل الفقه ليبينوا له الحلال ليزداد منه، ويوضحوا له الحرام فيجتنبه.
ولو أنك سألت الآن علماء البلد وشيوخها ما نوع الأسئلة التي يرد عليكم، حتى لو سئلت المفتين: ما الأسئلة التي تُسألون عنها، وإذ ـ وللأسف الشديد ـ أكثر الأسئلة تنصبُّ حول الطلاق وإذا تعدى الأمر تكون الأسئلة عن أداء الصلاة، وفي رمضان حول الصيام، وندر وقلَّ أن يسأل الناس عن أحكام البيع، وعن المعاملات، ندر أن يسأل الناس عن كسبهم.
يقولون إن الدين والمسجد هو لأداء الصلاة لله، وأما خارج المسجد فعمله في دنياه وسعيه لرزقه لا علاقة للقرآن والسنة فيه، ولشأن لرب العالمين فيه، يظن أنه بعقله وبشطارته وذكائه يكسب ماله ويحصل على ما يريد، حتى يقال: يأخذ اللقمة من فم السبع، هل أخذها بالحلال أم بالحرام، هذا التخبط الذي يعيشه الباحث عن الثراء الفاحش والربح السريع عقوبة دنيوية وأخروية.
العقوبة الثانية: المحق.
يقول الله تعالى: ]يمحق اللله الربا[، مهما كثرت الرباح، ومهما تضاعفت الحسابات فالعقابة والنتيجة هي التي تقول أن العمل صواب أو غير ذلك، فلا تغتر بكثرة ما لديك من المال إن كان أصله حراماً؛ لأن الله بشَّر آكل الربابالمحق.
العقوبة الثالثة: الحرب من الله ورسوله:
قال الله تعالى: ]فإن لم تفعلوا ـ أي تتركوا الربا ـ فأذنوا بحرب من الله ورسوله[، ومَن يقوى على مواجهة الله؟! مَن يقوى على مواجهة رسول الله؟!.
العقوبة الرابعة: الكفر:
قال الله تعالى: ]والله لا يحب كل كفار أثيم[، وقال: ]يا أيها الذين آمنوا اتقوا الله وذروا ما بقي من الربا إن كنتم مؤمنين[، فالمؤمن لا يفكر بأكل الربا،.
القوبة الخامسة: الخلود في النار:
قال تعالى: ]ومن عاد فأولئك أصحاب النار هم فيها خالدون[.
فيا عباد الله: اتقوا الله حق التقوى، اتقوا الله في أموالكم، اتقوا الله في أعمالكم؛ فإن في الربا ظلم اقتصادي وضرر اجتماعي، فكم من بيوت توقفت بسبب هذا الانهيار الاقتادي، وكم من عمال لم يجدوا فرصة عمل آنية بسبب هذا الإفلاس.
يقول رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: "اجتنبوا السبع الموبقات"، وذكر منه: "أكل الربا"، وقد لعن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم آكل الربا ومؤكله وكاتبه وشاهديه، وقال :"هم سواء".
اللهم أرنا الحق حقاً وارزقنا اتؤاعه وحببنا فيه، وأرؤنا الباطل باطلاًورزقنا اجتنابه وكرِّهنا فيه.
وأما الأمل: فهو نبأ وخبر صدور قانون إحداث المصارف ـ البنوك ـ الإسلامية.
فمشكورة الجهود، مشكورة الأيدي والسواعد التي عملت لإنجاز عمل كان يُنتظر منذ زمن بعيد.
وإذا كان لا بد من شكر بهذه المناسبة فهو للسيد الرئيس بشار الأسد الذي أصدر قانون المصرف الإسلامية في بلادنا الحبيبة، ونسأل الله أن يكلل الجهود بالنجاح وان تزيد الثقة بين المؤمنين، وبين الشعب والقيادة لكي يكون العمل الاقتصادي بعيداً عن الربا، ملازماً للحلال الطيب.
والي يقرأ قانون المصارف الإسلامية يجد النَفَس الإيماني ويقرأ روح الشريعة الإسلامية وهذا فضل من الله على العباد والبلاد.
اللهم سدد الخطا، وازرع الثقة فيما بيننا، واجعل كسبنا طيباً حلالاً يا ربا العالمين.
