مفهوم الربح في الإسلام

اتقوا الله ربكم، واعلموا أن الله أحل البيع، وحرّم الربا، أحل الطيب من الرزق، وحرم أكل الخبث والباطل من المال، أحل الكسب والعمل، وحرم التقاعس والكسل.
وإذا كنا قد تحدثتا في خطبة سابقة عن العمل وأهميته وترغيب الإسلام فيه والاهتمام به، فإننا اليوم نتحدث عن مفهوم الكسب ومعنى الربح.
إن الكسب الحلال هو ماكان بعد عمل، وبذل، سواء كان العمل عضلياً أو فكري، أما الكسب بدون تعب، والربح بدون بذل مجهود فإنه حرام، والكسب الذي يعتمد على الحظ حرام.
الفرق بين البيع والربا، أنك في البيع تؤدي خدمة يحتاج إليها الآخرون، أما في الربا فإنك لاتؤدي أي عمل نافع.
إن النهي عن الربا اقترن بالأمر بالصلاة والزكاة، وذلك إشعاراً بأن ذلك ركن من أركان الإسلام، وأن من ينكره فقد أنكر أمراً عرف من الدين بالضرورة.
إن منع الربا ركن الاقتصاد الإسلامي، والحضارة الإسلامية حضارة فاصلة تقوم على منع لك الكسب الخبيث والربح المحرم.
وقد قرن النهي عن الربا ببيان أن من يبيح الربا هو في حرب مع الله.
{أطيب ماأكل الرجل من كسبه} رواه من ماجه.
وأخبث الكسب وأحرم الربح هو الربا.
الإسلام دين الجهد والعمل، ودين التراحم والتعاطف، دين المودة والمحبة والوئام، دين سلامة النفوس من الأحقاد، وصفاء من الحسد، دين الحق والعدل.
لذلك لايجوز كسباً بغير عمل، ويحرم استغلال الحجات، ويحظر كل مايؤدي إلى العداوة والبغضاء والمنازعات ويستأصل الحقد والحسد والجشع والطمع من النفوس، ويوجب أخذ المال من طريق مشروع حلال لاظلم فيه ولاتعدي. أما الربح عن طريق الحظ فهو حرام.
روى البخاري عن المقدام بن معد يكرب عن النبي r قال: {ماأكل أحدٌ طعاماً قط خيراً من أن يأكل من عمل يده، وأن نبي الله داود كان يأكل من عمل يده}.
لاتغتر بما تراه من كثرة المال في أيدي الناس، وخاصة المال الحرام، فإنه كالأفعى، شكله حسن، وملمسه ناعم، ولكن حقيقته وسمه قاتل.
إن المؤمن يبيع دنياه من أجل دينه، لاكما يفعل الناس في زماننا يبيعون دينهم من أجل الدنيا، يشترون النار بأموالهم ] إنما الخمر والميسر والأنصاب والأزلام رجس من عمل الشيطان فاجتنبوه لعلكم تفلحون، إنما يريد الشيطان أن يوقع بينكم العداوة والبغضاء في الخمر والميسر ويصدكم عن ذكر الله وعن الصلاة فهل أنتم منتهون[.
وإليكم مايفعله المؤمن الحق يبيع دنياه من أجل دينه.
هجرة صهيب بن سنان الرومي، لما أراه t الهجرة، قال له كفار قريش: أتيتنا صعلوكاً حقيراً، فكثر مالك عندنا، وبلغت الذي بلغت، ثم تريد أن تخرج بمالك ونفسك؟ والله لايكون ذلك أبداً.
فقال لهم صيب: أرأيتم إن جعلت لكم مالي، أتخلون سبيلي؟ قالوا: نعم، قال: فإني جعلت لكم مالي.
فبلغ ذلك رسول الله r فجعل يقول: ربح صهيب، وأنزل الله في ذلك قوله: ]ومن الناس قد يشري نفسه ابتغاء مرضاة الله والله رؤوف بالعباد[ فتلقاه أصحابه بها يبشرونه عند قدومه إلى المدينة.
هذا هو المؤمن يبيع دنياه من أجل دينه.
